We had an awesome group trip! The hotel is in a prime spot, making it easy for us to explore nearby outdoor activities, like hiking and rock climbing. The staff was helpful, and the nearby shopping and dining options were a huge plus!
We had a bit of a hassle at check-in. The reception was hard to find, and we had to wait a while to get help.

Family with children paradise
The breakfast was fantastic, especially the ladies cooking eggs to order, real friendly and always smiling. My son loved the heated pool, it was perfect for him after those long days, so much fun, I’ll tell ya.
It wasn’t exactly cheap but still acceptable for the quality you get.

The Tikal Futura Hotel served up some fantastic nachos and mouth-watering tacos that are definitely worth every bite! Plus, the deluxe facilities, including a fabulous pool and spa area, truly made my stay enjoyable. The location was also a cherry on top, with quick access to the nearby Miraflores Mall for extra dining treats.
However, the restaurant hostess had a serious attitude problem, insisting my kids take off their pajamas even though another kid was rocking them. No worries though, we kept the vibes alive!

The Tikal Futura Hotel & Convention Center impressed me with its elegant decor and spacious Deluxe King Room. The room felt luxurious, featuring a comfortable bed and high-quality linens. I loved that the hotel is conveniently located above a shopping center, making access to restaurants and shops easy. The indoor pool offered a relaxing retreat, especially after exploring the city. However, I did experience some issues with the Wi-Fi connection, which was spotty during my stay. The staff were generally attentive, but I felt that service could have been quicker in some instances. The dining options were decent, but nothing extraordinary. Overall, a pleasant experience with room for improvement on service speed and Wi-Fi reliability.

Very nice and centrally located.
My experience at this hotel was incredibly frustrating. The restaurant hostess had a terrible attitude and treated my kids disrespectfully, making them feel unwelcome for wearing pajamas. Additionally, I faced an awkward situation at the pool area, where the front desk demanded an extra charge for my family due to a misunderstanding with our reservation.
