The staff were friendly and accommodating. the location was great, right near the Miraflores shopping center. - It was convenient to visit Tony Roma's for drinks before bed, just a short 10-15 minute walk away from the hotel.

Big size hotel room with an exceptionally comfortable bed and private bathroom. The breakfast was awesome and marvellous, the stuff was pleasant. Quick check-in, good location adjacent to commercial centre as well as Hibiscus restaurant.

We had an amazing weekend getaway at this hotel! The rooms were spacious, modern, and immaculately clean. We loved the spa and pool facilities, which were extremely relaxing. The location was perfect, with easy access to nearby attractions. One of the best aspects was the delicious food at the restaurant, offering both buffet and a la carte options. The service provided by the staff, particularly Hector and Pablos, was outstanding. We also appreciated the convenience of the complimentary airport shuttle.
The only downside was a confusing check-out process, as the staff seemed unsure about releasing the deposit on our card. Additionally, the sauna and steam room were quite basic, lacking in amenities.

The hotel had excellent facilities such as a lovely pool and spa, providing a relaxing experience for guests. It was conveniently located near a mall, making shopping easily accessible. Additionally, the staff members were extremely friendly and provided great service throughout my stay.
There were a few downsides to my experience. the website falsely advertised a complimentary shuttle service, which actually required a fee.
